Another one of the preggers girl’s bffs? The caftan. God bless every designer who embraced this trend this season because it has been a lifesaver. I picked this pretty one up at the thrift store and paired it with a pair of flared trousers for a hippie bohemian vibe, but I’m on the hunt for more!

So you might have noticed I’m trying something different with my usual hair style. I have to admit, I always thought I could just skate by with a drugstore curling iron (and you’ll note I don’t curl my hair very often because I’m seldom satisfied with the results). Irresistible Me recently sent me a Sapphire 8 in 1 curling wand and I swear the difference is night and day. To start, for someone with short hair like mine, it’s wonderful to have a number of different barrel sizes to choose from (I used a wider barrel to create beachy waves for this style). Secondly, it heats up faster than any hair tool I’ve ever used making it super-convenient. Total game changer!
