everyone should have a nightgown dress

I think we can all safely agree comfort is key right now. Most of us are dealing with unusually high levels of stress (“back to school” anyone? ?). And we’re all feeling confined enough in our daily lives without adding constricting clothing to the mix. Enter the nightgown dress. A much prettier alternative to sweats, this billow-y dress embodies all those laid-back scandi vibes I want to feel right now.

The Staud dress I’m wearing above has been a staple of mine for weeks. On an average day, it takes me from lounging around the house to chilling in the backyard to running errands. I just throw on a pair of Birks and a shoulder bag and I’m good to go!

It’s also a great transitional piece for fall. Just layer a chunky cardigan or leather jacket, big belt, and boots and you’ve got yourself a cool girl boho look!
