I hope all of you statesiders had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your loved ones and came back (hopefully) feeling rested and ready for the craziness of the holiday season. Did any of you get a chance to take advantage of the sales? I picked up a few goodies – some practical, some not – but for the most part I was fairly restrained. Two things I usually find myself shopping for this time of year are sweaters and boots – the two I’m wearing above being recent acquisitions. The boots you’ve seen before and, unfortunately (for me), I pulled the trigger before they went on sale, but you can take full advantage of the Anthropologie sale which has these at 20% off until the end of the day! The sweater was a last minute find at Current Boutique right before I left on Thanksgiving vacation to New Mexico. I love a good cable knit and this one goes well with all the silver and turquoise jewelry I tend to pile on when I’m in the southwest. Per usual, I got a few snaps of the menagerie of animals currently at B’s parents’ house. My son had so much fun feeding the sheep with his grandpa every morning and fawning over the cats (the famed Sex Panther being one of them). Sidenote: how cute is the little aviator jacket my aunt found for him? It’s super soft and washable!
