A few snaps of what I wore to my baby shower. I lucked out big-time when I ordered this budget-friendly, Chloé-ish dress on a whim and the silhouette was forgiving enough that it actually fit! Since it’s not a maternity dress, I’m banking on getting wear out of it post-baby, as well. It’s hard to believe it’s just a little over a month away now! I’m in a weird stage of ready/not ready right now that’s making it very hard to live in the present. Does that make sense?
Oh and I had to include at least couple pictures of my shower. My friends and family decorated onesies (all so incredibly creative and cute that I might save them for nostalgic value even after my little one outgrows them). Oh and the food was amazing (you all know how food-oriented I am). My mom and grandmother used Susan Gage Caterers, who I highly recommend!

How lovely you look! I can't wait to also see this dress post-pregnancy although you look adorable in it now (duh!) as well. I love the onsie decorating idea. My husband's work did that for Reilly and I kept most of them for nostalgia also. As a mother, I can tell you that I am STILL in the ready/not ready stage with each child and each milestone they pass. You can never actually be "ready" I don't think but you will do great!
