the dress that goes from pool to party

I just got back from a relaxing vacation in Hot Springs, VA, where most days involved a trip to the Homestead‘s beautiful pool complex followed by strolling around the hotel or grabbing a drink. Dressing for the day is a lot easier with a grab-and-go dress. I don’t know about you, but I feel like finding the perfect vacation dress is trickier than one might think. You know the criteria: must be flowy, yet flattering; breathable in hot temps; and in a good fabric that’s safe for the beach or the pool. This Saylor dress checks all boxes. It worked perfectly as a bikini coverup, but still looked elegant enough to wear to the hotel bar in the evening. It certainly doesn’t hurt that it feels as comfy as a nightgown (I guess if you were feeling really lazy, you could wear it to bed!).
