delightfully mild

Resisting with all my might not to insert March-related lions and lambs joke here. Seriously though, let’s hope this gorgeous weather means spring is here for good. This past weekend I was able to take advantage of the warmer temps and dare to venture outside without my usual coat/jacket exoskeleton. Ever since the little one joined our lives, B and I find our best bet for dining out is some sort of linner/dunch – partially because it falls before J’s bedtime and also because we can’t seem to make it out the door until after noon on weekends. Unfortunately (as seems to be the case on most blissfully warm days), all outdoor dining establishments were packed, so we wandered over to our usual, Kapnos Taverna, for some of their magical seafood and vegetable mezze – I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Here’s hoping we’ll do much of this same this coming weekend. What do you all have planned?
