These photos were from our first day in Paris, which was mostly spent strolling around and taking everything in. One of our favorite spots was Jardin du Luxembourg, pretty much the most magical place you can imagine for any child, complete with a carousel, pony rides, a pretty epic playground, and a fountain for sailing wooden toy sailboats around. Kind of makes one want to be a kid again…

The outfit was for dinner at L’Assiette, a perfectly traditional way to start our trip – with a bountiful charcuterie platter served with a jar full of cornichons, followed by flawlessly-cooked duck and mushrooms with poached eggs.
