light as a feather

Right about the time the temperatures start to climb is when I feel the need to fill my closet with gauzy, ballerina-like dresses that require little to no styling. Believe it or not, it’s a harder task than it sounds. I think I find about one truly perfect dress like this a year and if I’m lucky it will last into the next. I picked up this one on sale at and love that it’s somehow light and structured at the same time.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention the shoes! These babies were an incredibly nice gift from an old friend who knew I’d been coveting them for years. Must. Wear them. With. Everything.
