No idea where to even start with the vacation photos so it just made sense to jump right into what was most fresh in my mind. We spent our last afternoon in Kinderdijk, which makes one feel as if you’ve walked into a Rembrandt painting or the windmill-climbing scene in Frankenstein (which, by the way, is completely unrealistic – the blades on those things are fast!).
I packed relatively light (for me, anyway) for this trip, so you might already notice my fondness for this jacket and my trusty H&M boots. This combo seemed to make the most sense for lengthy walking tours and, in this case, windmill-climbing. Also wearing the warmest (and cutest) wool gloves found at the “Gnome Market” in Cologne – much needed on this windy day!
Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses (old, new style here)
vintage sweater
Mango jacket
wool gloves from Heinzelmännchen (pretty ones here)
H&M jeans
H&M boots (old, very similar here)
