How do you like our Christmas tree? I was surprised we actually had enough ornaments to cover a whole tree, but apparently we got quite a haul for Christmas last year. Nothing beats a real tree, but one of my friends, who came to visit recently, brought us this incredible fir-scented candle that I can't get enough of. Highly recommend it for insta-holiday cheer.

When you wear fur, do you find that perfect strangers want to touch the coat?
I encountered a student recently who was wearing a fur collar. I reached out and touched it impulsively, even though I didn't know her. I was mortified by my impulsive action and could only then tell her how much I admired the collar.

So adorable!! I love the tree and the heels. I've never had a REAL christmas tree (I'm jewish), but recently resolved to have a pinkish-purplish glittery tinsel secular-holiday-tree. it's a nice compromise :)
and instantly I regret my decision to NOT try on the vintage fur jackets I came across today! But you are lovely. And I am saving for a vacation.

I can't wait to get out of student housing so I can have a tree bigger than 12" tall, it's so puny and pathetic looking *sigh*.
I love mulled wine, adore it with a fiery passion, which is odd because I generally dislike wine apart from a red wine I tried last year which didn't make my face curl in on itself and I have no idea what wine it was.
