I'm not really much of a fan of the color brown, though my wardrobe might contradict... Maybe I'm not much of a chocolate brown fan? I don't know. Either way, I wouldn't expect to love something like this sweater, but I do. Very much so. And wouldn't you know it? I just found the teensiest moth hole in it the other day. Figures. Until an adequate replacement is found, I'm wearing it backwards.

The vintage stenciled wallpaper-like embroidery on this skirt warms the cockles of my heart. It used to be a summer skirt, but the other day, it became a winter skirt. What a little multitasker.

vintage blazer
vintage locket
Hermes bangle
vintage sweater
Alice + Olivia skirt
H&M socks
Born boots
very vintage Louis Vuitton purse

i was devastated to find a moth hole smack dab in the front of my fave gray cashmere turtleneck earlier in the fall. it's the staple of my winter wardrobe, and i know it will take me ages to find a suitable replacement. but...i took it to my amazing tailors and they were able to patch it up so it's almost invisible! damn, i love them!!!

that skirt is waaaaay too cute. i love it with the winter layers...so unexpected!

glad to see the cockles of your heart have been heartly warmed via gorgeouly intricate embroidery. i've never been a fan of brown either...namely because it's the only color that makes me look nude :) but chocolate brown suits you wonderfully and works well with the natuarl highlights in your hair.

i cannot get enough of that navy blue jacket - the length makes you look so elegant and with the scenery it looks like a cool autumn day.

This skirt makes me smile! What lovely color and pattern. I normally lean toward black but in the past months brown has been sneaking into my wardrobe; I think because it's so warm and outside is so cold. Haha.
