I have a confession to make: I'm not usually a huge fan of leopard print. I do enjoy touches of it, but I haven't been able to bring myself to actually purchase a piece for my own. This all changed the day I saw this incredible robe thing in a vintage shop in New Orleans. I feel like the particularly tacky rendition of the leopard print, combined with the red leaf design that could easily be mistaken for flames, not to mention 100% nylon composition make this a piece I can wear again and again. I also suspect I will serve me well when I'm a crazy old lady living with my many many cats.

ooh it's tacky in a perfect way! you totally pull it off. love the matching gold on your insanely awesome shoes xx
I too recently came around to the leopard, but this here? This is Ah-mazing. Probably mostly because it also features Palm Beach style jungle leaves. I also covet your shoes, by the way. :)

I know what you mean about leopard... I still haven't gotten brave enough! I have to say though, that robe looks great on you, you really pull it off effortlessly :)
Ahhhh it's so tacky and gross and so amazing and fabulous. My brain can't handle that combo together all at once. Ahhh! I die. I love it.
haha! well you're pulling off crazy cat lady very well :) its almost like "who's afraid of virginia woolf" - so dramatic. i love it.

I don't have anything leopard print either! Makes me think that I should own at least something...But this robe looks so good on you! Love the liquid leggings!
You crack me up :D At least you'll be a fashionable old cat lady LOL!
simply fantastic and extravagant - we all need piece that like - comfy, eccentric and forever-lasting .... and i totally love the part of being this old lady with cats and dogs .... something extremely comfy to know that we can be a fabulous old lady someday, haha!!! have a wonderful Monday, darling, xx
haha, this post made me laugh. i'm not the biggest fan of leopard print either (or really any animal prints), but you did find a gem! i don't dislike when others wear animal print, it's just not something i do myself. perhaps it has something to do with my tragically pathetic sixth grade year, when i was obsessed with legally blonde, everything pink, and, of course, leopard print accessories.
this is a long comment! but i must say one more thing: your shoes!!!!!!!!! i can't get over them.
your commentary is cracking me up!
and your shoes are radical!!!!
A piece that will surely stand the test of time. Ah ha. I happen to love leopard with a passion. RAWR! And those shoes. Love the shoes.
I love how you look. I dont use too much leopard, but I do love it.
Great shoes.
I've never been a big leopard print fan either, but I'm warming to it now that I keep seeing it worn in more stylish (and not tacky) ways!
you look stunning! I am not a fan of animal print, but you can definitely pull it off.
xoxo
seriously...I don't think that this would look half as fabulous on anyone else...it was made for you!

I never dared to wear leopard prints out even though I'm so in love with them.
But if I had this,I would wear it out everyday. Its true, the details are so gorgeous ! And those red leaves are stunning !!
Adore the leggings and did you trim your hair shorter ??
You look beautiful as always <3 <3
