Hey, Russ, wanna look through Aunt Edna's purse?

Hey, Russ, wanna look through Aunt Edna's purse?

I have a confession to make: I'm not usually a huge fan of leopard print.  I do enjoy touches of it, but I haven't been able to bring myself to actually purchase a piece for my own.  This all changed the day I saw this incredible robe thing in a vintage shop in New Orleans.  I feel like the particularly tacky rendition of the leopard print, combined with the red leaf design that could easily be mistaken for flames, not to mention 100% nylon composition make this a piece I can wear again and again.  I also suspect I will serve me well when I'm a crazy old lady living with my many many cats.

  2. I too recently came around to the leopard, but this here? This is Ah-mazing. Probably mostly because it also features Palm Beach style jungle leaves. I also covet your shoes, by the way. :)

  26. haha, this post made me laugh. i'm not the biggest fan of leopard print either (or really any animal prints), but you did find a gem! i don't dislike when others wear animal print, it's just not something i do myself. perhaps it has something to do with my tragically pathetic sixth grade year, when i was obsessed with legally blonde, everything pink, and, of course, leopard print accessories.

this is a long comment! but i must say one more thing: your shoes!!!!!!!!! i can't get over them.
