Glover Park Cemetery

B and I have been meaning to check out the Glover Park Cemetery for a while now and this weekend we finally got our act together and did it. I always like to visit old cemeteries. I think they’re so beautiful and peaceful. Think I’m weird? I probably am.

Paris has the best cemeteries. My favorite is Cimetière de Montparnasse. Here a few leftover photos I just-so-happened to have on my computer from when I visited, many centuries ago.

Cool post! No, I don't think you're weird for liking cemeteries. They are very peaceful and the older ones are beautiful! I used to visit a super-old one in Tallahassee, FL. It had civil war soldiers in it!

I love your leather skirt. I much prefer old cemetaries to new ones. Especially the ones with no tombstones, just plaques on the ground so it doesn't look like a cemetary until you start wondering why there is bouquets in the middle of a field.

great bag! i always so creeped out by cemetaries! i don't know why, it's just one of those things for me.

I have walked around a cemetary before with my dad, and it was a nice walk, but kind of creepy. I don't know… there's just something about the fact that you're walking over dead people's final resting place.

Glad to see another blogger from the DC area! 🙂
