I imagine this dress was originally worn by a crazy hippie lady who spent her days communing with Jim’s spirit and growing mushrooms in the backyard. I suspect if it had pockets, I would have found peyote in them.

I also see a bit of Bottega and Halston in this dress. I wish I could say that took precedence over memories of bohemians past when I purchased it, but that would be a lie. Must host a retro-style fondue party soon so I can wear it again.

Again, I've come to the conclusion that I'm thrifting in all the wrong places. I never find anything even close to the quality and beauty of this dress. Even though it's vintage, it still manages to look incredibly current. And the color suits you incredibly well.
