Here's an easy and delicious fall cocktail to help you ride out the Frankenstorm. B and I recently checked out the brunch at Eventide, where we first tried this drink that I'm shamelessly replicating now. Simply combine 1 part cider with 2 parts prosecco and garnish with thinly-sliced apple (I used Honeycrisp, which I am obsessed with). It's a great excuse to use the wonderful cider and apples you can find at the farmers' market right now - enjoy!

PS Be safe East Coasters!

Mmmm that sounds delish! I love cider, but I feel like most fall-inspired cider cocktails are really heavy. This sounds refreshing and yummy!
Definitely giving this cocktail a try!! Thanks for sharing!
