Basically milking “Velvet Season” for everything it’s worth. I have two perfect black velvet skirts and now I’m on the hunt for a dress. I’m still enamored with the Western Gothic look, so I was glad to see I’m not the only one who’s still got it on my mind. Of course, the only downside is that I’m now acutely aware of the severe shortage of bolo ties in my jewelry collection. Must rectify this dilemma…

I like the silhouette your outfit creates, you look soooooo tall! 🙂

Love it honey! That skirt looks fabulous on you – the slit is perfectly positioned too!

Wow, the vintage blouse and the Topshop clutch are so gorgeous.

I'm milking this velvet season too, you look beautiful in it.

much love.

I really ought to milk the "velvet season", too, especially because it's about to end in about… oh, two weeks? Here in Manila, at least. Haha. You look stunning, as usual. The vintage top is TDF.

Oh, you pull of the gothic inspired look so well. I love the long skirt with the lace top. I remember reading about some kid who claim that fashion ruined goths.

you're slowly giving me the courage to don a floor length skirt. i haven't worn them since middle school and even then, i don't think i could pull it off.

you look awesome, E!

Very chic! You've just made me realise I don't have any velvet in my wardrobe apart from a blazer. This must change.

Lovely. I just finished a seminar paper on Possession by A.S. Byatt, and this is something I like to picture the female characters wearing; present-day and in the late eighteen hundreds. So so pretty.

Winter does have some wonderful but exclusive fibers and weaves. It's best to take advantage of them as much as possible while you can.
