I realized the other day that I had one last day of unedited photos from our Paris trip that were just too good not to share. We started our day with brunch at Brasserie aux P.T.T. on Rue Cler, an idyllic pedestrian market street with beautiful restaurants and food vendors. I could easily picture my dream apartment being located here. After some serious window shopping, we made our way to Les Invalides to check out Napoleon’s tomb and Musée de l’Armée. The museum is perfect for military history buffs like my husband with halls filled with enough armor and weapons to satisfy any Game of Thrones nut’s fix. But I think the coolest part of our visit was checking out the giant military plan reliefs (cue the Game of Thrones theme). After spending more time than we anticipated in the museum (one could easily spend a whole day there and not get bored), we headed over to the Marais to check out Place des Vosges and some of the cool shops (this is where I picked up my Bel Air coat I love so much!). This is one of my favorite neighborhoods to grab a drink and people watch, which we did after grabbing a falafel at L’As du Fallafel (I’d been craving this for ten years and was thrilled to find that they’re still the best!). Of course we also had to have some authentic fondue while in France, so for dinner we went to Pain Vin Fromages – a great little spot, nothing fancy, but honestly fondue shouldn’t be, just comforting and delicious, and it was. After dinner, we took a sunset stroll back through Châtelet and over Pont au Change. Looking back, I’m kind of amazed we were capable of doing so much in just one day!

Oh and stay tuned, I’ll be sharing my tips for planning a trip to Paris in an upcoming post!

Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses (love this new pair)
Oasis dress
Oasis cardigan

Oh Paris <3 I was there a month ago and got a similar photo of the Eiffel Tower in the back with the big cannons. Wish we'd gone inside now to have a look around!! Really love your dress. Also, congrats on your baby news!!
