Burrata is one of those wonderful things that looks and tastes fancy and exotic, but isn't very expensive or fussy. My good friend K and her husband introduced me to this wonderful cheese a few years ago. This is how they serve it and, frankly, I think there's no better way. Just drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon zest, toasted pine nuts, salt and pepper, et voilà! Serve with a warm baguette (ours came from

Litteri's - it's pretty darn fabulous, too.
