Culottes are the best! You can prance around like you're wearing a skirt, and be comfortable doing so, because you're not!

The word "culottes" makes me think of summer camp, long, long ago.

But I never doubted it was a skirt (not culottes). hahah. I love that skirt,- something about your ensemble reminds me of a modern early 90s type vibe for whatever reason. But I guess not what adults were wearing in the 90s.....it's like you're wearing a modern adult version of what we kids wore. But in a totally flattering way.
