A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

A few months ago, B and I were watching "Beetlejuice," and thought to ourselves, Adam and Barbara were onto something with their stay-at-home vacation idea (minus the unfortunate demise and posthumous home confinement). So our Thanksgiving week has been dedicated to "home projects," which is really just lazing about and occasionally hanging a picture or two when the mood strikes us. It's glorious.

A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

Remember I told you I might have cheated when I chose "only one bag" from Saddleback Leather? I did. Officially. I love this bag. It's kind of heavy, but I kind of don't care (I sense my husband rolling his eyes as he's reading this. Stop rolling your eyes!)

French Connection sweater
Rubbish shirt
H&M jeans
Saddleback Leather bag
Balenciaga boots

I definitely approve of stay at home holidays. I don't celebrate Thanksgiving (I'm English) so I will be very jealous of the delicious food and holiday while I'm writing a seemingly endless amount of essays.

I also love that bag, it's stylish but looks like you could fit everything and the kitchen sink in it.

I can't tell you how much I love that sweater! It is brilliant (as is the bag). And I can't tell you what completely awful things that yummy food pic is doing to me, I am SO HUNGRY. I want it I want it I want it.

I am so going to make this recipe. I will let you know how it goes!

You are lovely as usual! And YES, staycations are the best. We do at least one week long one a year!

Very cozy and chic. The bag is georgous.

I love the 'staycation' so long as you're both able to relax and enjoy it. That bag is incredibly gorgeous and so is your cardigan. I love this outfit.

I was looking at that bag you have. I really want one so bad. It looks so sturdy and perfect to hold my things. haha, I bet my parents would be glaring at me, if I bought that bag.

lol at the rolling eyes. yep, when you like something that much, you kinda throw logic out the window. it looks really really neat. i'd consider getting one if i have spare cash and if i don't already have so many bags.

The bag is seriously gorgeous, and I suppose that is a problem with really well made leather bags; they weight a ton before your stuff is in them and after... well... your shoulder might fall off. {the sacrifices we must make}
