Back. Happy, relaxed, satisfied, maybe a little bit tired. I love New Orleans so much. I want to do a full run-down of the trip, but that might be a little much for my brain to handle right now. Here’s a snippet instead: this was my outfit for dinner at Brigsten’s. It was very delicious and certainly did not disappoint. The highlights of the meal were my Gratin of Oysters & Artichokes with Lemon Parmesan Sauce and K’s Rabbit Tenderloin with Andouille Parmesan Grits Cake, Spinach, & Creole Mustard Sauce. Both very decadent, but that’s New Orleans, no?
